Exchange Policy
We want you to love your TrenndTee purchase! If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’re happy to assist. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Requirements for Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send the new size within 7-10 business days.
Refund Policy
We can only offer refunds on items with defects. If you experience any issues with your item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos.
Refund Process for Defective Items:
- Once approved, you may return the defective item to us.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Important Reminders:
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale, with returns or exchanges only available for defective products.
